Machine suitable for forming “American” type cardboard boxes or BAG-IN-BOX boxes with bottom closure using Hot Melt glue.

• Cardboard magazine, mounted in the center of the rear part of the machine.
  
• Cardboard removal from the warehouse using a suction cup system.
  
• Transfer of the cardboard from the picking position, unfolding, glue dispensing, finished cardboard unloading, by means of a translation trolley mounted on linear guides.
  
• Positioning and lifting suction cups to lock the lower part of the cardboard.
  
• Automatic opening of the carton with suction cups.
  
• Folding of the two short flaps and subsequent automatic maintenance.
  
• Automatic glue dispensing as the cardboard passes through.
  
• Automatic system for squaring cardboard at the time of pressing.
  
• Closing of the two long flaps and pressing of the bottom by electro-pneumatic control.
  
• Adjustment of the magazine and other parts, with handwheels on worm screws, adjustable tightening knobs, millimetric lines with reference numbering on all the parts to be adjusted.
  
• Touch-screen display for controlling machine functions, format changes and viewing any anomalies.
  
• Machine equipped with electrical system, electrical panel with low voltage controls, safety devices and accident prevention protections.
  Machine managed by Siemens S7 series PLC.
