The technology of PERFECTA ELETTRONICA filling machine for hot-filled fruit juices is based on the use of Magnetic Inductive flow measuring devices, which make it possible to express the so-called dynamic weight.

Suitable for all beverages that require precise filling weight and flexibility, the Perfecta Ellettronica allows for easy and fast washing and sanitizing.

• Filling is induced by the nozzle outside the mouth of the container, in the absence of which the filling valve automatically remains closed, preventing accidental loss of product.
• The system requires little maintenance, management is considerably simplified compared to traditional level systems.
• Size changeover operations are speeded up by the variation of the tank height via electronic control.
• Filling machines equipped with cip-sip washing-sterilisation system, also with the use of pressure steam (140°C).
