Machine designed for depalletizing new glass bottles from stacked pallets, by transferring the entire pallet level with electromechanically controlled vertical movement of the pallet and platform and electromechanically controlled horizontal movement of the head.

• Manual feeding of the pallet into a special containment box. 
  Electromechanically controlled lifting of the full pallet to maximum height. Vertical movement occurs on hardened steel guides attached to a column with recirculating ball bearing carriages and a counterweight.
  
• A maximum height control sensor starts the horizontal translation of the plane to be depalletized.
  
• The bottle tray to be depalletized is transferred from the pallet to the mobile platform using a trolley with four sides. The head is electromechanically controlled, moving along a horizontal axis on hardened steel guides and recirculating ball bearing carriages; the motor is controlled by an inverter and the positioning is controlled by an encoder.
  
• Device for maintaining the interlayer sheet, underneath the plane being transferred, with electro-pneumatic control.
  
• A mobile platform that accommodates the entire bottle shelf, with electromechanically controlled vertical movement and an inverter-controlled motor. Movement occurs on hardened steel guides with recirculating ball bearing carriages attached to a column with a counterweight running inside.
  
• Manual removal of the interlayers on the platform in the low position before pushing the bottles.
  
• Electromechanically controlled pusher that allows the bottles to be transferred to a second platform and subsequently to the unwinding conveyor. The motorization is managed by an inverter.
  
• Fixed platform approximately 500 mm long, which allows bottles to be received and transferred from the mobile platform to the extraction conveyor.
  
• Unloading conveyor positioned at 90° with chains at different speeds for easier bottle removal. Stainless steel frame, adjustable containment sides, support uprights, acetal resin chain, drive head, return head, variable speed motor (variator), and sensors to monitor bottle removal and overflow.
  
• Mechanized system with mobile roller side for unloading bottles in a single row.
