Machine suitable for depalletising new glass bottles from stacked pallets, by transferring the entire pallet with electromechanically controlled horizontal and vertical movements.

• Pallet feeding via a motorized roller conveyor with bidirectional control for automatic advancement to the machine or retraction in the event of an unfinished pallet at the end of the work cycle.
  
• Electro-pneumatically controlled perimeter centering device to lock the surface underneath the one being worked on.
  
• Bottle tray transfer using a trolley with four containment sides, from the pallet to the intermediate platform and then to the product evacuation conveyor. The head movement is electromechanically controlled, on two axes (vertical/horizontal) on hardened steel guides and recirculating ball bearing carriages; inverter-controlled motors and encoder-controlled positioning.
  
• Bottle evacuation table with stainless steel frame, adjustable support uprights and PVC feet, acetal resin chain, bottle presence and overflow control sensors, fixed speed motor.
  
• Unloading buffer with chains at different speeds for easier bottle unloading. Stainless steel frame, adjustable containment sides, support uprights, acetal resin chain, towing head, return head, variable speed motor, control sensors.  
  
• Touch-screen display for controlling machine functions, format changes and viewing any anomalies.
  
• Machine equipped with electrical system, electrical panel with low voltage controls, safety devices and accident prevention protections.
  
• Machine managed by Siemens S7 series PLC.
  
• Photoelectric cell safety barrier in the manual loading/unloading area of pallets and interleaved sheets.
