Machine designed for automatically inserting bottles into American-style cardboard boxes, trays, PVC crates, wooden crates, etc.

• A motorized bottle conveyor feeds the bottles to the picking area.
  
• A bottle counting system with sensor detection for each row ensures that the exact number of bottles to be picked is prepared.
  
• A motorized carton conveyor, complete with stopping and selection groups, automatically feeds, positions and unloads the product.
  
• An electromechanically controlled centering unit allows the boxes to be centered so as to allow the bottles to enter correctly.
  
• Movement of the head carriage with two controlled axes, vertical and horizontal, with motors managed
  by inverters and positioning regulated by encoders.
  
• Touch-screen display for controlling machine functions, format changes and viewing any anomalies.
  
• Machine equipped with electrical system, electrical panel with low voltage controls, safety devices and accident prevention protections.
  
• Machine managed by Siemens S7 series PLC.
